Refund & Exchange Policy
At Own The Plate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Because our products are high-quality curated items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cash back for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
We want you to love your purchase, so we are happy to offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
1. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at OTP.OwnThePlate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including but not limited to:
- All Accessories
- Sale/Clearance/Final Sale items
- Items showing visible signs of wear
3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please email OTP.OwnThePlate@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photographic evidence of the defect or the wrong item received.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Customer will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are exchanging an item, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
5. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
